After visiting our Practice you may receive a “Friends & Family Test” Survey to complete, or alternatively you can leave us an online Google Review.
The Practice also supports the running of a Patient Participation Group which enables patients to discuss improvements the Practice could make in a constructive and system-wide manner in dialogue with Practice Management. Please Speak to Front Desk for more information if you would be interested in joining the group.
If you wish to raise a Complaint with our Practice, please in the first instance ask to speak with our Reception Supervisor at the Front Desk. We find in most instances we are able to provide a satisfactory resolution for Patients by carrying out an immediate review and discussion of the matter with the Practice Team. If however, you remain unsatisfied with the outcome, you can ask for a copy of our Formal Complaints Form at the Front Desk which would be acknowledged within 3 working days.
