After visiting our Practice you may receive a “Friends & Family Test” Survey to complete, or alternatively you can leave us an online Google Review.

The Practice also supports the running of a Patient Participation Group (PPG) which is a forum for patients to discuss Service Improvements the Practice, or indeed the Local NHS could make. The group, led by a Chair and Vice-Chair, set a meeting Agenda via correspondence and discussions with all PPG members, and meets quarterly at the Practice on Monday evenings from 6pm-8pm. The group also helps to organise Patient Outreach Events to help engage and support fellow patients in the self-management of their care and motivation to keep in good health. If you would be interested in Joining our PPG, please speak to our Front Desk and ask them to pass your Contact Details to our PPG Secretary Veronica.

If you wish to raise a Complaint with our Practice, please in the first instance ask to speak with our Reception Supervisor at the Front Desk. We find in most instances we are able to provide a satisfactory resolution for Patients by carrying out an immediate review and discussion of the matter with the Practice Team. If however, you remain unsatisfied with the outcome, you can ask for a copy of our Formal Complaints Form at the Front Desk which would be acknowledged within 3 working days.
